20% White Grenache (smooth, delicate)

Method of wine production ("Vinification") :
Pressed under pneumatic press.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C maximum

Stainless steel vats

Taste ("Dégustation") :
Color : Yellow-green, a little straw coloured
Nose : Floral aroma
Palate : Dry. Finally very aromatic
